1. Free Access
Free access allows you to practice sample questions (up to 10% of the exam or 20 questions). Since no payment is involved, no refund is applicable for free access.
We encourage you to fully explore free questions before purchasing to ensure our platform meets your needs.
2. Refund Eligibility (Paid Plans)
Refunds for paid plans (3-Month Access or Lifetime Access) are allowed ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met:

Request within 2 hours of purchase
Refund request must be submitted within 2 hours of successful payment
Fewer than 10 questions attempted
You must have attempted fewer than 10 practice questions
No exam simulation started
You must NOT have started any exam simulation session
If all three conditions are met, you may request a refund by emailing us with your purchase details.

5. Technical Issue Exceptions
Refunds may be considered for verified technical failures on our end:
- Payment successful but access not granted (verified via our systems)
- Duplicate payment due to system error
- Purchased exam not available due to backend error
Technical issues must be reported within 24 hours and verified by our team.
6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund:

- Include: Registered email, Payment ID/Transaction ID, Reason for request

- All refund requests are reviewed manually against our criteria
- We verify usage data (questions attempted, simulations started, time elapsed)
- Response time: 48-72 business hours
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
Our decision is final.
Once eligibility conditions are verified, the refund decision is final and binding. Repeated requests for the same transaction will not be entertained.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent access termination
- Blacklisting from future purchases
- Legal action if necessary

9. Per-Exam Access Reminder
Important: Each purchase grants access to ONE exam only. Purchasing access to one exam does NOT grant access to other exams. This is clearly stated on the checkout page. Misunderstanding this policy is not grounds for a refund.
